Return Policy

We do not offer refunds however, we will offer a store credit, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Please return your item(s) to the address on your shipping label.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your item(s) do not meet the criteria of our policy we have the right to deny your request for a store credit. 

You are responsible for the return shipping label.  We will not provide any return shipping labels.

Once your item(s) have been approved for a store credit we will email you the information for your credit. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as grooming products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These are Final sale item(s).

Shipping Policy

Our #1 goal is to provide great customer service to all of our customers, which includes receiving your order in a timely manner! Orders are packed and shipped during business days only (Monday - Friday) and are shipped within 5-7 business days from the order confirmation date, if the order is a made-to-order item please allow 5-15 business days for processing as these items being made.  Please allow more time if the item is out-of-stock or we need to order it, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss the production and or when items are in stock with you.  Please be sure your contact information is correct. During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days. If you are in need of item(s) for a specific holiday, please contact us prior to placing your order to see if it would make it in time. Due to shipping time and if the item(s) are hand-made to order this could delay the time in which you receive your item(s).

With the rise of package theft during the holidays, we strongly advise you choose your shipping address carefully. If you are concerned about package theft, please understand all of your shipping options to help minimize theft.

Here are some tips we have found to be helpful:

  1. Ship to your work address
  2. Ship to a neighbor’s address that you trust and will be home at the time of delivery.
  3. Ask us to request your shipment be signed by someone at your address.


LaVa` Pooch Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, or unclaimed shipments.  Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. LaVa` Pooch Boutique, accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us, then the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and all merchandise returned in sellable condition.


Please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply to all International Shipping. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before placing your order.
If the item is large or oversized we will notify you if any additional shipping costs will be incurred in some cases. All Shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS costs.
All international orders are shipped with tracking. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges.


*Free shipping is not available to International orders and some items do not qualify due to size and weight, such as carriers, beds, furniture, etc. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs please email us.

*Shipping costs are calculated after all discounts have been applied to your cart at checkout.


After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Orders placed after 4 PM PST Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays will begin processing on the following business day.


All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.


If you make your purchase using PayPal or PayPal Express, we will begin to process your order only AFTER we receive payment through PayPal. If there is a hold on a payment, then your order will not be processed or shipped until funds are released and paid to LaVa` Pooch Boutique.
